Well, it was a long journey but here we are!
As the authors who have come before me will know, getting your first (or any) novel "out" into the mainstream is not the ultimate prize. No. Now we wait (patiently, we hope) for the reviews to start rolling in... after all we want people to not only read it, but maybe even like it enough to tell others. So, now I challenge each of you reading this post: go read the first few chapters... give it a go and see if it tickles your fancy. I know that some will like it--others not. What truly matters--what I strived for in writting Rubicon Harvest-- is to generate discussion. I want people to talk about the issues presented.
So faithful readers, let's hear what you have to say. I encourage you to visit the website for the book, www.rubiconharvest.com and think about the topic of stem cells and human evolution as a whole, the intricacies of the plot, the proposed technologies, even the speculations about world politics and existentialism.
