In the early days of the Second Gulf War, two Iraqi soldiers escape an assault on an underground bunker north of Baghdad. Their mission: transmit the final locations of all WMD stockpiles hidden by the Iraqi Army to foreign terrorists. When CIA and Army Intelligence agents capture the suspects, a far more intricate plot, formed by a ruthless Iraqi General, unravels. But, misinformation and infighting between rival Intelligence agents plague the hunt for the Painted Man, the ultimate target of their investigation. If they fail the mission, terrorists will control a frightening arsenal of weapons of mass destruction.
